The name "Jump Leads" stands for my personal ambition to develop effective business models for companies that ignite their potential for success. And similarly to help them squeeze through any bottlenecks that may appear along the way.
After racking up over 15 years of international experience in business development, marketing and sales as well as in the creation of new business and organizational structures, I decided to make my passion my profession: help people successfully jump-start and grow businesses. Tackle challenges. Pass on know-how. Get things done.
Before I decided to start my own business, I held leadership positions in both the service and consulting industries. I carried out numerous national and international projects in the fields of aviation, travel and logistics, internet and e-commerce, retail, real estate, software and IT, training, and consulting.
I am very flexible, and can quickly adapt to any market, industry, topic or complex technical challenge. In various projects around the world I have gained experience in setting up and leading teams as well as in managing international projects and partnership structures.

- Strong intercultural competence through extensive work experience abroad, (including 2 years in the US) and management of international projects (Europe, Gulf region, Asia, Australia, North and South America)
