Interim Management

You’ve got the orders coming in, but no one who can work on them? Acute lack of personnel? Illness? Vacant posts still not filled? Project running out of control?

When once again everything has to be taken care of the same time or the relevant know-how is just not available within the company, I offer you my temporary, result-oriented and methodically well-founded support.

You can bring me in as an interim manager or as a (partial-) project manager in close collaboration with the department head or chief executive, after first agreeing on all relevant goals and deadlines. In this function I think and act as a part of your organization. If desired, I do also accept a leadership role including personnel management and am willing to work anywhere in the world.

Payment is generally based on daily rates or by mutual arrangement per project.
